So, I thawed out some Phyllo/Fillo dough, took a sheet and laid it out. Brushed it with butter, and put down another sheet, brushed it with butter laid down another sheet…
Then I laid the filet that I’d cooked a little bit earlier on the dough and wrapped it up. Did this 4 time and got 4 packages:

Yes, this is the first part. It’s just a pomegranate salad.
Romaine lettuce, raspberry vinaigrette. The recipe said to just put the pomegranate arils in the salad, which I imagine with make it looks prettier, but I’m not in the mood to chew the seeds tonight, so I just juiced some of them an mixed it with the dressing.
It’s pretty yummy :) I’m pleased.
